Perfect spot in the heart of Naples!
Had an awesome night here! The location's insane, just a few mins from the Galleria. Maria at the front desk was super nice and helped me out a lot. Loved the little snacks in the room, such a nice touch. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger, but it didn't ruin my stay.

Toiletries not refilled daily!!! Sliding doors are not sound-proof and let in hallway light, which can be irritating for light sleepers!!!

Solo Traveler Excellent Experience
The roof terrace was something else. I had breakfast with an very nice view of the mountains, it reminded me of I was living in a postcard. Maria, the staff member, was fantastic, guiding me all around.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel surprises with a modern interior despite a rough entrance area. Friendly staff. Maria at reception was especially helpful. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to popular attractions, allowing easy exploration of the vibrant area. Enjoyed complimentary snacks, and the breakfast was a good experience with a variety of pastries. Only downside was some initial confusion with directions to the hotel itself.

The decor felt modern yet cozy was nice. The bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was excellent, and the toiletries supplied were nice touches. I enjoyed the breakfast spread with a variety of options including fresh pastries and local cheeses. Staff were friendly, especially the receptionist, who provided great local tips. Navigating the entrance was a bit tricky due to vague signage. The street noise was noticeable at night. Despite these issues, I enjoyed my experience and appreciated the warm hospitality.
